- Responsible for genomic data analysis pipeline development and optimization
- Requirements: Master's degree or above in Bioinformatics/Computational Biology; proficient in Linux, Python, R
- Preferred: Experience in equine/animal husbandry genomics; familiarity with VEP/ANNOVAR/GATK
AI/ML Engineer
- Responsible for R&D and deployment of EQAI large model, HorseBERT, and NCDS scoring models
- Requirements: Master's degree or above in Computer Science/Machine Learning; proficient in PyTorch and Transformer architectures
- Preferred: Experience in biomedical NLP; familiarity with knowledge graph construction
Full-Stack Engineer
- Responsible for EQAI platform web frontend and backend API development
- Requirements: 3+ years of full-stack development experience; proficient in React/Vue, Node.js/Python
